1. a.

   This contest starts from 3rd July 2025 and ends on 1st August 2025 (“Contest Period”).
2. b.

   Any entry not received during the Contest Period shall be automatically disqualified from participation. The Organiser is not liable for any lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.

Only SGMoji character cards marked with “Eligible for Giveaway” on the website will be included in the random selection ballot. Cards that are not tagged correctly or do not meet the content requirements may be excluded from the Giveaway without notice.

To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:

1. a.

   Visit the SGMoji microsite and create their own SGMoji avatar.
2. b.

   During the avatar creation process, participants will be prompted to answer two reflective questions:
   
   

   • “What is your Singapore Dream?”
   • “Send Singapore Your Wishes!”

   
   
3. b.

   After completing their avatar and character card, participants must share their SGMoji character card on Instagram or Facebook.
4. c.

   The post must include a caption expressing their Singapore Dream or Wish for the nation, along with the hashtag #SGMojiWish, and tag @ndpeeps.
5. d.

   The participant’s profile or post must be set to public to be eligible.

From the pool of eligible entries, 60 winners will be selected at random through a ballot system. Following the selection:

1. a.

   Each winner will receive a National Day Parade 2025 Fun Pack.
2. b.

   Winners will be announced seven (7) days before National Day (August 2, 2025) on the SGMoji website and will also be featured on the Virtual Padang Stage.
3. c.

   Winners will not be individually contacted. Instead, participants must return to the SGMoji website and search using their social media handle to verify if they have won.

This mechanism is designed to encourage sustained engagement with the platform from avatar creation through to the prize announcement.

Details regarding the prize collection process will be published on the SGMoji website at the time of the winner announcement.

   Winners must follow the stated instructions to claim their prize within the specified timeframe.
2. b.

   Unclaimed prizes after the redemption window will be forfeited.
3. c.

   Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or credit, and may not be substituted for other benefits.

The Organiser reserves the right to select alternate winners to replace any forfeited entries.

Participants must ensure that all content shared as part of the Giveaway is respectful, family-friendly, and appropriate. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that includes offensive, obscene, defamatory, political, religiously sensitive, or discriminatory content. This includes captions, character cards, or associated social media posts.

1. a.

   SGMoji avatars and captions must not be used to insult or mock any individual, race, religion, nationality, or the Singapore state.
2. b.

   Entries found to breach these community standards will be disqualified without notice and may be subject to further action at the Organiser’s discretion.

By participating in the Giveaway, all participants grant the Organiser the right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display their submitted SGMoji avatars and accompanying captions, in whole or in part, for publicity, marketing, and promotional purposes related to SGMoji, NDP 2025, or related campaigns, without further notice or compensation.

The Organiser reserves the right to feature selected submissions, avatars, names or usernames, and accompanying messages across SGMoji-related platforms including the microsite, social media channels, and press releases.

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice or liability, should circumstances arise that are beyond its control.

1. a.

   The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to the Giveaway—including, but not limited to, eligibility, winner selection, and prize distribution—shall be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
2. b.

   The Organiser shall not be responsible for any technical failures in posting, tagging, or accessing the SGMoji platform, nor for any incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by participants.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram or Facebook), and all participants agree to release Instagram and Facebook from all liability associated with the Giveaway.

Participants’ personal data will be collected and used solely for the purposes of administering the Giveaway.

   This includes, but is not limited to, verifying eligibility, conducting the prize draw, announcing winners, and managing prize distribution.
2. b.

   The Organiser may share necessary information with relevant government agencies to deliver services more effectively, unless prohibited by law.
3. c.

   Data will not be shared with unauthorised third-party entities.
